Brian McDermott, Founder
Brian is the Founder and President of Jetty Group LLC. A seasoned management consulting leader, he possesses a versatile skill set spanning strategy, supply chain & operations, digital transformation, business development, and customer relationships. With nearly 20 years of accomplished experience, Brian has guided organizations at various stages of growth and maturity, enabling revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and market expansion with innovative technologies and service offerings that propel business forward.
Before establishing Jetty Group, Brian was a Strategy and Consulting Managing Director at Accenture Federal Services. Over his 16-year tenure he held a variety of leadership positions, serving as a Client Account Lead, Head of Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations Director. An outcome-oriented leader, Brian was responsible for growing and managing a diverse portfolio of supply chain, operations, analytics, human capital, and technology modernization programs. His proficiency in delivering solutions that generated impactful outcomes across various industries underscored his skill as a problem-solver, collaborator, and trusted partner to clients facing vastly different challenges.
Prior to joining Accenture, Brian co-led the startup of a successful document imaging and data conversion company. He earned a BA in Political Science from Colgate University, where he captained the varsity soccer team. Brian resides in Richmond, VA with his wife and three sons.
